Valentine’s Day Gift Idea: The Etón Love Song Playlist
You’ve jammed to our Super Bowl playlist and bopped along to our winter jams lineup, so it’s only fitting that we arm you with the ultimate Valentine’s Day present for your sweetheart; a well-crafted list of love songs.

While some of these arrangements are a bit quirkier than some of the more classic love ballads, the following rings true: love and music often run in the same circles.
- Love of a Lifetime, Firehouse. The opening scene includes red flowing lace and hair flips from grown men. If that isn’t romance, I don’t know what is.
- I Just Called to Say I Love You, Stevie Wonder. If you don’t dig this feel-good jam, you shouldn’t be allowed to celebrate Valentine’s Day. And we mean it from the bottom of our hearts.
- You are the Best Thing, Ray LaMontagne. The voice that could make any knees weak. Sound familiar? Ray also lends a helping hand to the Travelers Insurance commercial featuring that too-cute-for-words pup.
- You’re So Cool, Hans Zimmer. No words needed on this track. Besides, if it’s from the True Romance soundtrack, it has to be a given for the list, right?
- You’ve Got a Way, Shania Twain. What’s more gut wrenching than a sultry, country-loving Canadian? There is no correct answer. Just listen.
- The Way You Look Tonight. It’s been done by the great voices of our musical past including Rod Stewart, Tony Bennett, James Taylor and Michael Buble, but our favorite is the version by old blue eyes, Frank Sinatra.
“If music be the food of love, play on.” – William Shakespeare

Not to be punny, but I LOVE this!
